5+ years of comprehensive planning experience required. CFP® preferred. Manages 40–60 client relationships with full P&L responsibility for their book.
Associate Advisor — Hartford
2–5 years of experience. Supports lead advisors on plan preparation, client meetings, and ongoing service. Pathway to lead advisor role within 3 years.
Tax Planning Specialist — New York
CPA required. Partners with the planning team on tax-loss harvesting, Roth conversion analysis, charitable strategy, and concentrated stock planning.
Operations Analyst — Hartford
2+ years of RIA or broker-dealer operations. Account opening, custodian workflow, billing, and CRM hygiene.
